Cheesy Tuna-Noodle Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 12-oz. pkg. elbow macaroni
- 1 10-3/4-oz. can light cream of celery soup
- 1 C. milk
- 2 5-oz. cans chunk light tuna
- 1 4-oz. can mushroom pieces
- 2 8-oz. pkgs. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 C. crumbled French fried onions
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook macaroni as directed on bag. Drain and pour back in pot. Stir in cream of celery soup, milk and 1 bag of cheddar cheese. Drain tuna and mushrooms. Flake tuna into macaroni mixture. Add mushrooms. Salt and pepper to taste and stir until well blended. Pour evenly into 9x11-inch baking dish. Top with second bag of cheddar cheese and French fried onions. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from oven and let stand for 5 minutes. Serve.
