Cherry Chocolate Cake
- 1 pkg. chocolate cake mix
- 1 can cherry pie filling
- 1/3 C. oil (use some to grease cake pan, pour rest into cake mix)
- 3 eggs (or whatever your mix calls for)
Stir together (no mixer); pour into greased pan and bake according to cake mix directions. Cool about ten minutes with pan on a rack. "Flop" the end of the pan to loosen cake, rotate pan, flop again. Cool/serve warm with or without cherry vanilla ice cream.
