Ingredients

  • Water
  • 2 cups dried cherries
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 cup almond meal
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Directions

Using a blender or food processor, mix all of the ingredients together, adding water for consistency until it reaches a doughlike consistency.

Take a 9 x 9 baking pan and line it with parchment paper. Pour the dough into the pan and smooth it out until it fills the whole pan and is about 1/2 an inch thick. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours, slice into bars, and serve!
