  • 2 cans (21 oz each) cherry pie filling
  • 1 Tbs. cornstarch
  • 1 frozen deep dish pie crust (from 12-oz package)
  • 1/2 C. all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 C. packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 C. margarine

Heat oven to 425°F. In medium bowl, stir together pie filling and cornstarch. Pour into frozen crust. In small bowl, mix flour, brown sugar, and margarine with fork until crumbly; sprinkle over filling.
Bake on cookie sheet for 15 to 20 minutes, cover crust edge with strips of foil to prevent excessive browning. Return to oven and cook for another 15 minutes. Cool at least 2 hours before serving.
