Cherry Dessert Salad

Heat pineapple juice to boiling, add Jell-O. Stir until dissolved. Cool until slightly thickened. Beat until fluffy. Fold in cherry pie filling, tidbits and marshmallows. Pour into a 2 1/2 qt. mold, chill until firm. Serve with whipped topping.

Ingredients

1 C. pineapple --tidbits, drained

3 oz. gelatin powder -- cherry Jell-O

5 C. cherry pie filling

Filling

1 1/2 C. pineapple juice -- add water if needed

1/2 C. miniature marshmallows
