Cherry Pie Cheesecake

Ingredients
- 1 pkg. ready-to-eat cheesecake filling
- 1 can cherries in syrup
- 1 C. flour
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbs. olive oil
- 1 Tbs. water
- 1 egg, beaten
Directions
In a bowl, combine the flour and salt. Add the oil and mix with an electric mixer. Add the water and egg. Roll the dough into a ball and evenly distribute on a pie pan. Bake at 425 degrees for about 16 minutes. Let the pie crust cool and add 1 package of ready to eat cheesecake filling. Top with 1 can of cherries in syrup.
