Cherry Pie Cheesecake

This tasty cherry cheesecake is so easy and fun to make!

  • 1 pkg. ready-to-eat cheesecake filling
  • 1 can cherries in syrup
  • 1 C. flour
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbs. olive oil
  • 1 Tbs. water
  • 1 egg, beaten

In a bowl, combine the flour and salt. Add the oil and mix with an electric mixer. Add the water and egg. Roll the dough into a ball and evenly distribute on a pie pan. Bake at 425 degrees for about 16 minutes. Let the pie crust cool and add 1 package of ready to eat cheesecake filling. Top with 1 can of cherries in syrup.
