Cherry Rumballs
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 lbs. vanilla wafer crumbs
- 2 C. powdered sugar
- 2 C. nuts, finely chopped
- 2 C. coconut
- 1/2 C. light corn syrup
- 1 C. sweet cherries with syrup, well drained and chopped
- 1 C. dark rum or 1 Tbs. rum extract
Directions
Thoroughly mix all of the ingredients, except the powdered sugar, together. Blend well. Shape into 1-inch balls. Roll the balls in the powdered sugar.
