Cherry Salad Supreme
Ingredients
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin
- 1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese softened
- 1/3 C. mayonnaise
- 1 C. crushed pineapple, un-drained
- 1 C. whipped topping
- 1 C. miniature marshmallows
- 2 Tbs. chopped nuts
Directions
Dissolve strawberry gelatin in 1 C. boiling water. Stir in pie filling. Pour into a 12 x 8 x 2 inch baking pan. Chill until partially set. In small bowl, dissolve lemon gelatin in 1 C. boiling water. Cool. Beat cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth. Gradually add lemon gelatin to cream cheese mixture; stir in pineapple. Add whipped topping and marshmallows. Spread on top of cherry mixture. Sprinkle with nuts. Chill until set.
