Cherry Upside-Down Cake
- 16 oz. can cherry pie filling
- 1 cake mix, batter prepared according to pkg. directions
Divide pie filling and heat in 2 separate microwave-safe pans. Pour cake batter on top of cherries in each pan. Microwave, 1 pan at a time, on high for 4 minutes; turn pan, cover with waxed paper and heat another 3 minutes until center of cake springs back to touch. Cool five minutes before inverting pan onto serving platter.
