Chestnut Puree

Ingredients
- 1 lb. chestnuts
- 1/2 C. milk
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 C. butter
Directions
Peel chestnuts, boil in water for 30 minutes, remove from fire and peel of second skin. Place chestnuts in saucepan with milk, mash with fork until smooth, add salt, sugar and butter. Mix well over low fire.
