Chewy Double Chocolate Chip Cookies

- 2 1/4 C. all-purpose four
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 C. butter, room temperature
- 1 C. granulated sugar
- 1 C. packed brown sugar
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 Tbs. vanilla
- 1/2 C. unsweetened cocoa
- 2 C. semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray. In a mixing bowl, stir flour, salt and baking soda together until well combined. In another large mixing bowl, stir butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla and cocoa. Gradually stir in dry ingredients into butter mixture and stir until well combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
Drop tablespoonful-sized dough onto baking sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Remove from oven and cool on a wire rack.
