  • ½ C. sugar
  • ½ tsp. baking powder
  • 1 ½ C. flour
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • Dash salt
  • 1 C. raspberry jam
  • 12 Chambord marshmallows (or regular)

In a large bowl, combine sugar, baking powder, and flour. Cut in butter and egg using a fork until the mixture forms a crumbly dough. Press dough along the bottom of a baking pan and bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes until golden brown. Remove from over, spread raspberry jam on, and top with marshmallows. Broil for about 2 minutes to toast the marshmallows. Let cool completely before serving.
