Ingredients
- 2 1/2 C. flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 C. quick oats
- 1 C. dark brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 C. granulated sugar
- 1 C. butter, softened
- 2 T. honey
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/2 C. raisins

Preheat your oven to 325°F. In a medium-size bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and oats. In a large bowl, cream sugars and butter to a grainy paste. Add honey, vanilla, and eggs and mix at medium speed until fluffy. Add flour mixture and raisins, blending until well combined. Using a round tablespoon, drop dough onto cookie sheets. Bake for 19 minutes. Remove immediately to a flat surface and let cool.
