Directions

Slice the pork in sections but do not cut all the way through. In a bowl, fill with water and add a lot of salt. Immerse pork in bowl and let sit for an hour. Then, fill a pot with water and let boil, immerse pork again. Cook until all water is gone. Flip pork consistently so it is cooked all the way through.
