  • 4 boneless chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • ½ C. buttermilk
  • 1 egg
  • ¾ C. flour
  • 1 T. powdered sugar
  • ¼ tsp. paprika
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp. pepper
  • Oil for frying

In a large bowl, whisk together buttermilk and egg. Add chicken and refrigerate for at least 6 hours. In a large resealable bag, combine flour, powdered sugar, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add in chicken and evenly coat with flour mixture. Heat oil in a deep pan and fry each strip for 4 to 5 minutes or until cooked through. Remove and drain on a paper towel; serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce!
