Chick Peas and Mustard Sage

Ingredients
- 1 16-oz. can chick peas
- 1/2 C. mayonnaise
- 2 Tbs. dijon mustard
- 2 Tbs. chopped fresh sage
- 1 Tbs. chopped fresh parsley
Directions
Drain chick peas and rinse under cold running water. Drain well. In a medium bowl, add mayonnaise, mustard, sage and parsley. Whisk to blend well. Add chickpeas and toss to coat. Serve at room temperature.
Serve with: Italian Sausage with Green Peppers
