Chicken and Broccoli Biscuit Wraps

These wraps make an excellent appetizer. They're easy to put together and always delicious.

Ingredients

  • 1 12 oz. can Big Country Refrigerated Buttermilk Biscuits
  • 1 C. chopped cooked chicken
  • 1/3 C. chopped cooked broccoli
  • 1/3 C. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 Tbs. mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbs. finely chopped onion

Directions

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Separate dough into 20 biscuits. Press each biscuit into 5-inch round. In small bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Spoon about 2 Tbs. mixture on center of each biscuit. Fold dough in half over filling; press edges with fork to seal. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 10-13 minutes or until golden brown.

Yield: 10 wraps
