Chicken and Broccoli Biscuit Wraps
Ingredients
- 1 12 oz. can Big Country Refrigerated Buttermilk Biscuits
- 1 C. chopped cooked chicken
- 1/3 C. chopped cooked broccoli
- 1/3 C. shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 Tbs. mayonnaise
- 1 Tbs. finely chopped onion
Directions
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Separate dough into 20 biscuits. Press each biscuit into 5-inch round. In small bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Spoon about 2 Tbs. mixture on center of each biscuit. Fold dough in half over filling; press edges with fork to seal. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 10-13 minutes or until golden brown.
Yield: 10 wraps
