  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1 minced garlic clove
  • 1 diced onion
  • 3 tablespoons soy sayce
  • 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons Sriracha
  • 1 (8 ounce) can drained diced water chestnuts
  • 2 slice green onions
  • 1 head lettuce
  • salt and pepper to taste

In a saucepan heat the olive oil. Put the chicken in the skillet and cook until browned. Next, stir in the garlic, onion, soy sauce, Sriracha, chestnuts and green onions. Season woth salt and pepper and cook until tender. Place mixture onto lettuce leaf and wrap like a taco.
