Chicken and Potato Casserole

Ingredients
- 2 lbs. potatoes, cut up in small cubes
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 1 C. chopped onions
- 8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 2 C. crackers, crushed
Directions
Mix all ingredients and put in 9x13-inch pan. Top with crackers mixed with melted margarine. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
Serve with: Chocolate Chunk Cookies
