Chicken and Potatoes
Ingredients
- 1 large bell pepper
- 1 large sweet onion
- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- Potatoes
- Chicken pieces
Directions
On the bottom of a 9x13x2-inch pan place a layer of sliced bell pepper and sliced onion, several layers of sliced potatoes, salt and pepper to taste. Place chicken on top, dot with butter and add 1/2 C. water. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Drain water, dilute soup and return to pan. Replace foil bake 30-45 minutes.
