Chicken and Rice Stir Fry
Serving Size / Yield
- 1 cup long grain rice, cooked
- 2-3 chicken breasts, cooked and chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped carrots
- 1/2 cup pea pods
- 1/2 cup corn
- olive oil
- 3 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- ¼ cup Sugar
In a large wok, heat olive oil on medium heat.
Add in onion, carrots, pea pods, and corn.
Cook until onions are translucent and carrots are tender for 5-10 minutes.
Add in soy sauce and sugar.
Now add in chicken and rice and mix well.
Cook for another 10 minutes.
