Chicken and Salsa Soup
Ingredients
- 1 3/4 C. water
- 1 (14 oz.) can chicken broth
- 1/2 lb. boneless chicken, cut in pieces
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 1 (11 oz.) can corn w/ peppers drained
- 1 C. salsa
- 3 C. tortilla chips
- 2 oz. Monterey cheese w/ peppers shredded
Directions
Add all of the ingredients except cheese and chips to crockpot and cook for about 6 hours. When finished, fill the bowls and put the chips and cheese on top.
