Healthy, creamy and delicious, crock-pot lasagna’s are the best to have on crazy days. Plop everything in and come home to an already made yummy meal with layers of texture and goodness.

  • 3 C chopped spinach
  • 2 ½ C Italian cheese blend
  • 1 Jar alfredo sauce (or homemade)
  • 6 uncooked flat lasagna noodles
  • 3 C cooked chicken; strips
  • ½ C parmesan cheese

In a bowl, mix the alfredo sauce and 1 C Italian cheese blend together.

Then, layer the bottom of the crock-pot with the sauce and then layer with the lasagna sheet.

Add on a layer of chicken and spinach, cheese blend and another sheet.

Repeat twice or until crock-pot is almost full. Top of the last layer of the lasagna with the balance cheese mix.
Cook on low for 4 hours.

When ready, scoop and serve!
