Chicken and Vegetable Dinner For Two

- 1/2 cup corn
- 1/2 cup green beans
- 8-10 cherry tomatoes
- 1 Red Pepper, Chopped
- 1/2 cup carrots
- 1/2 cup kidney beans
- 1 or 2 Chicken Thighs
- seasoning salt
Clean chicken thighs and season with seasoning salt and pepper.
Place chicken in a baking dish.
Add all the vegetables and season with salt and pepper.
Add about 1/4 of water to the dish.
Bake in the oven on 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
Check and lower the temperature to 350 and bake for another 30 minutes until chicken is finished and vegetables are tender.
Make sure to add water if it starts to evaporate too fast.
