  • 2 lb. ground chicken
  • 1 frozen package mixed vegetables
  • 1 Tbs. basil
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Mix ingredients in large bowl. Place meat mixture into 8x8 inch pan. Bake meatloaf for 50 to 55 minutes. Cool meatloaf and then slice.
