Chicken Breast Roll Ups
- 3 whole boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 3-6 slices bacon
- 3-6 slices mozzarella (any cheese will work)
- 3-6 slices ham
Lay chicken breasts out flat with plastic wrap covering them, and flatten with a kitchen mallet.Layer bacon, mozzarella and ham flat on top of chicken breasts and then start rolling the chicken. When each breast is rolled, hold it together with a toothpick or wrap in aluminum foil.
Place in baking dish and put in a pre-heated 350-degree oven for 1 hour.
