Chicken Breasts and Sauerkraut over Egg Noodles

This recipe has a unique taste and is low in calories and fat! My mom used to make this with pork and one day I decided to make it with chicken instead and now I make this for my family all the time.

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 28-oz. can sauerkraut
  • 1 lb. pkg. egg noodles

Put half the can of sauerkraut in bottom of crockpot. Place chicken over top. Spread remaining sauerkraut over chicken. Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours. Prepare noodles as directed on package; drain. Put noodles on serving plate and top with chicken and sauerkraut.
