A simple and fantastic way to eat chicken, burger style.

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 2 to 4 Tbs. butter or margarine
  • Salt and pepper
  • Dash paprika
  • 4 burger buns

Bone chicken thighs. Flatten by placing between two pieces of foil or plastic wrap; lb. and roll with rolling pin. Melt butter in large skillet over medium high heat and add chicken, skin side down. Sauté 10 minutes. Turn and season with salt and pepper and paprika. Sauté about 10 minutes longer, or until tender. Serve on warm burger buns with grated cheese, hot barbecue sauce, relish, mustard or catsup.
