Chicken Cacciatore & Pasta

Ingredients
- 1 Tbs. vegetable oil
- 4 boneless chicken breast halves or 8 boneless chicken thighs, skin removed
- 1 3/4 C. Chicken Broth
- 1 tsp. dried oregano leaves, crushed
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 can (14 oz.) whole peeled tomatoes, cut up
- 1 small green pepper, cut into 2" long strips
- 1 medium onion, cut into wedges
- 2 1/2 C. uncooked medium shell pasta
Directions
Heat oil in skillet. Add chicken and cook until browned. Add broth, oregano, garlic powder, tomatoes, pepper and onion. Heat to a boil. Stir in pasta. Cover and cook over low heat 15 min. or until done.
