Chicken Caesar Salad

This special preparation for chicken Caesar salad always has a great taste!

Ingredients

  • 3 chicken breasts
  • 1 pkg. Romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 C. shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 handful croutons
  • 1 bottle Caesar salad dressing
  • Garlic Sauce:
  • 2 C. water
  • 1 pkg. chicken bouillon powder
  • 2 tsp. garlic salt

Directions

Wash hands. Clean defrosted chicken breasts. Spray pan with non-stick all natural olive oil spray. Fry chicken until white, not brown. Add the water, chicken bouillon pack, and 2 tsp. of garlic salt in a pot and simmer. When chicken is done, cut up into small bite-size pieces and place into pot with garlic sauce. Let chicken boil in pot with garlic sauce for 5-10 minutes so the chicken can soak up the flavor and finish cooking. Grab the bag of fresh Romaine lettuce and cut into medium pieces, and place in large bowl. Add a handful of croûtons and place into the bowl. Drain the chicken breast and place into salad bowl. Add the cheese on top so it slowly melts. Top the salad with Caesar dressing.
