Chicken Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 bag chicken stuffing
- 1 1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 C. sliced carrots
- 1/2 C. peas
- 1/2 C. sliced mushrooms
- 1 C. shredded cheese
- 1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. dried thyme
- 1/4 tsp. dried rosemary
- 1/4 tsp. dried oregano
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray 9x13 baking dish. Combine all seasonings and rub over chicken. Combine stuffing and cans of soup, press into bottom of pan. Combine vegtables and spread across stuffing mixture. Slice chicken into strips and lay across vegetables. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 30-40 minutes until all ingredients are done and cheese is melted.
