Ingredients
- 2 whole chicken breasts, skinned, boned, halved, and flattened
- 4 slices ham
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 1/2 C. flavored bread crumbs
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- 1 C. brown gravy
- sprig of parsley, chopped
Directions
In a flat dish, press bread crumbs into chicken on all sides. Oil an oven-proof casserole dish. Lay chicken breasts in oiled casserole dish. Place on slice of ham and one slice of Swiss cheese on each chicken breast. Garnish chicken with parsley. Bake in a preheated 400-degree oven for 20 minutes. Heat brown gravy on low heat until warm. Remove chicken from oven, then spoon sauce on and around chicken.
