  • 4 frozen chicken breasts
  • 1 packet of taco seasoning
  • 1 can enchilada sauce
  • 1 container chicken broth
  • 1.5 cans drained black beans

Spray the crock pot with cooking spray and line the bottom of the pot with the chicken. Sprinkle the chicken with the taco seasoning and pour the enchilada sauce on the chicken. Next, pour the chicken broth and drained beans in the pot. Stir everything together and cook on high for 6 hours. 30 minutes before serving, remove the chicken, shred it, and place it in the slow cooker for the remaining half hour.
