Chicken Fajita Burger

- 1 1/3 lb. ground chicken
- 1 Tbs. ground chipotle powder
- 2 to 3 Tbs. chopped fresh cilantro
- hot sauce
- 1 Tbs. grill seasoning
- extra virgin olive oil
- 1 red bell pepper and one green bell pepper, sliced and seeded
- 1/2 yellow onion, thinly sliced
Heat grill pan over medium-high heat. Combine chicken, chipotle powder, cilantro, hot sauce, and grill seasoning together in a bowl. Divide meat into 4 portions and form 4 large patties. Drizzle patties with olive oil and cook for about 6 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
Stir-fry bell peppers and onion together with a bit of olive oil over medium heat and place on top of burgers.
