  • 2 bell peppers
  • 1 onion
  • Lime wedges
  • Taco seasoning

Cut the onion, bell peppers, and chicken into thick slices. On a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Then, toss the onion, peppers and chicken on the pan. Drizzle with olive oil and a pack of taco seasoning. Cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and drizzle lime wedges over the skillet before serving.
