  • 1lb boneless chicken breast, sliced into strips
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ½ red onion, chopped
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup Romaine lettuce, chopped
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • ½ cup salsa cruda
  • taco shells

In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic, salt, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, sugar and lime juice. Add the chicken and marinade for 20 minutes. Cook the chicken in a large skillet and then add the peppers. Cook until tender. Add lettuce, cilantro, onion, chicken and peppers into the taco shells. Top with salsa and enjoy.
