Ingredients
- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 pkg. flour tortillas
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 sm. onion
- 1 28-oz. can stewed tomatoes
- 2 10- oz. cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 bag crushed tortilla chips
- 1 8-oz. bag shredded cheese
Directions
Line the bottom of a 9x13-inch casserole dish with flour tortillas. In big skillet, saute garlic and onion together, add chicken and cook all the way through. Add stewed tomatoes and both cream of chicken soups, mix together and pour over flour tortillas. Pour crushed tortilla chips over the top and top with shredded cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until top lightly browns and side bubbles.
