Chicken Fingers with Honey Mustard Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 C. honey
  • 1 C. spicy brown mustard -- prepared
  • 1 C. all-purpose flour
  • 1 C. bread crumbs -- fresh
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic -- granulated
  • 4 lb. chicken breast -- skinless, boneless,

Directions

Combine honey and mustard; mix well. Combine flour, crumbs, salt, pepper and garlic; mix well. Dredge chicken strips in flour-crumb mixture; shake off excess. Deep-fry in 375 degrees oil about 1-1/2 minutes or until completely cooked and golden brown. Serve chicken fingers with sauce on the side
