  • 1/2 C. flour
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp. ground dry mustard
  • 6 pork chops, boneless
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/3 C. water
  • Oil for frying

In a small bowl, mix flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder and mustard. Coat chops with mixture and fry in skillet with oil until meat is browned. Place chops in slow cooker. Mix soup and water together. Pour into previous skillet. Pour gravy over the top of the meat. Cover and cook on low for 7 to 8 hours.
