Chicken & Hashbrown Bake
Ingredients
- 1 2 lb. pkg. frozen hashbrowns
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 4 C. cooked diced chicken
- 1/2 C. sliced sautéed mushrooms
- 1 C. sour cream
- 2 C. chicken broth
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 small finely chopped onion
- 1 clove minced garlic
- dash of paprika
- 1/4 C. sliced almonds
Directions
Thaw hashbrowns and layer in an ungreased 13x9 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with salt & pepper. Arrange chicken & mushrooms on hashbrowns. Combine soup, broth, sour cream, onion and garlic; pour over all. Sprinkle with paprika and almonds. Bake uncovered at 350 F until heated through, about 45 minutes.
