Chicken in Hoisin Sauce

Ingredients
- 2 Tbs. sesame oil
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 carrot
- 1 celery stalk
- 1/2 onion
- 2-3 mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 green bell pepper
- 1/2 red bell pepper
- 1 dash ginger
- 1/2 C. hoisin sauce
- 2 Tbs. sugar
- water if needed
Directions
In a large saute pan or wok, heat sesame oil and lightly brown sliced chicken. Remove. Add vegetables to pan and saute until slightly translucent. Add chicken and heat thorough. Mix hoisin sauce, ginger and sugar until sugar dissolves. Then add to pan, heat until bubbly. Remove and serve over cooked rice.
