  • 2 Chicken Breasts
  • 1 lb. Sausage
  • 1 Large Onion, Chopped
  • 1 Large Green Bell Pepper
  • 3 Celery, Chopped
  • 1 Can Diced Tomatoes
  • 3 Chopped Garlic
  • 2 Cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 tbsp. Cajun spice mix
  • 1 tsp. Dried Oregano
  • 1 lb. Shrimp
  • 1 3/4 Cups Rice

Directions

Cook chicken, sausage, onion, pepper. Celery, tomato, garlic, broth, and spices on low for 5 hours. Add shrimp and rice. Raise heat to high. Cook for 30 more minutes and then serve
