Chicken Leek Linguine

- 2 Garlic Cloves, minced
- 4 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 cups Thinly Sliced Leeks
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 lb Linguini
- 2 Chicken Breasts, Cut into Pieces
- Salt and Pepper, to season chicken
Start by sauteing the garlic in 2 tbs. of oil until tender.
Add leeks and a little water to the pan.
Cook until leeks are tender and slightly caramelized.
In another large skillet, use the rest of the olive oil.
Put the cut up chicken inside, seasoned with salt and pepper, and cook until juices run clear.
Cook pasta according to directions.
Mix pasta, leeks, and chicken together.
Season with black pepper.
