Chicken & Macaroni Casserole
Ingredients
- 1/4 C. butter
- 3/4 C. hot milk
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 1 1/2 C. diced cooked chicken
- 3 Tbs. grated cheddar cheese
- 2 C. cooked macaroni
- 2 tsp. chopped parsley
- 2 tsp. minced onion
- 2 Tbs. chopped green pepper
- 2 Tbs. chopped pimento salt and pepper to taste
- 1/3 C. dry bread crumbs.
Directions
Melt butter in milk, cool. Pour over beaten eggs; add remaining ingredients except bread crumbs. Season with salt and pepper. Pour into greased 1 1/2 quart casserole; sprinkle bread crumbs over top, bake at 350 degrees 30 to 40 minutes, until firm. Serve hot.
Serves 6.
