  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup sweet marsala cooking wine
  • ½ cup water
  • ¼ cup cornstarch
  • salt
  • pepper

Lightly grease the crockpot and toss in the chicken. Season with salt and pepper and then mix in the garlic, mushrooms and wine. Cover and cook for 6-7 hours on low. Using a slotted spoon, remove the chicken. In a small bowl, whisk together the cornstarch and water. Add to the crockpot and mix together. Add the chicken back in and cover and cook for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until sauce thickens.
