Chicken Mozambique

A Portuguese dish that's easy, spicy and always a favorite with family and friends! A great quick appetizer-type dish for parties and I never have leftovers!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. boneless chicken, diced
  • 1 12 oz. bottle Frank's Red Hot Sauce
  • 1 stick butter
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 pkg. Sazon Goya spice
  • 1 box Uncle Ben's 5 Minute Rice
  • 2 Tbs. olive oil

Directions

In one pan cook rice according to box. In a frying pan using olive oil, saute chicken. In 2 quart pan, add Frank's, garlic, butter, and Sazon packet. Bring to a boil. Add chicken to sauce, then pour over rice.
