Chicken Mozambique
Ingredients
- 1 lb. boneless chicken, diced
- 1 12 oz. bottle Frank's Red Hot Sauce
- 1 stick butter
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 pkg. Sazon Goya spice
- 1 box Uncle Ben's 5 Minute Rice
- 2 Tbs. olive oil
Directions
In one pan cook rice according to box. In a frying pan using olive oil, saute chicken. In 2 quart pan, add Frank's, garlic, butter, and Sazon packet. Bring to a boil. Add chicken to sauce, then pour over rice.
