  • 1 can cream of mushroom Soup
  • 1 C. water
  • ½ C. chopped mushrooms
  • 3/4 C. uncooked white rice
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 1/2 lb. chicken pieces

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Combine the soup, water, rice, paprika, and pepper in a large baking dish. Top with the chicken pieces and season with extra paprika and salt. Bake for 45 minutes until the chicken is cooked and the rice is tender. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
