Chicken 'n' Berry Salad

Ingredients
- 1/2 C. sugar
- 1/2 C. red wine vinegar
- 1/2 C. olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 lbs. boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 6 C. torn romaine
- 6 C. torn red leaf lettuce
- 1 pt. fresh blueberries
- 1 pt. fresh strawberries, sliced
- 2 C. shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
- 1 C. chopped walnuts
Directions
In a large bowl, whisk the first six ingredients. Pour 3/4 cup marinade into a large resealable plastic bag;l add the chicken. Seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate overnight. Cover and refrigerate remaining marinade. Drain and discard marinade. Grill chicken, covered, over medium heat for 5-8 minutes on each side or until juices run clear. Cut into strips. In a large bowl, combine the lettuce, blueberries, strawberries, cheese and walnuts. Add reserved marinade; toss to coat. Top with sliced chicken.
