Serving Size / Yield
- 28 tortilla chips
- 1 C. shredded Monterey Jack or Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 C. canned chopped mild green chiles, if desired
- 1 C. shredded cooked chicken
- 1/4 C. sliced ripe olives
- 1/4 C. salsa
- 13 C. sour cream
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Line cookie sheet with foil.
Place tortilla chips on cookie sheet. Sprinkle tortilla chips with shredded chicken. Sprinkle with cheese, chiles and ripe olives.
Bake about 4 minutes or until cheese is melted. Top with salsa and sour cream. Serve hot.
