  • one 8-oz. pkg. uncooked medium noodles
  • 4-5 chicken breast halves
  • one 14-oz. can chicken broth
  • 2 C. celery, sliced
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
  • one 10-oz. can cream of chicken soup
  • one 10-oz. can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 C. shredded four-cheese blend

Cook noodles in boiling water until barely tender and drain well.  Cut chicken into thin slices.  In a large slow cooker sprayed with vegetable cooking spray, combine noodles, chicken, and chicken broth.  Make sure noodles are separated and coated with broth.  Stir in remaining ingredients.  Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
